- The course content has not been substantially accessed or utilized.

Refund Review and Processing

- Process approved refunds directly to your original method of payment.
- Confirm the completion of your refund via email.
Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Note that some services, specifically those labeled as “final sale” or “non-refundable” at the time of purchase, will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, purchases made through external vendors will be subject to the refund policies of those respective entities.
